It will likely be reduced, but they appear to be pits from road debris and you will not magically remove them, just lessen there appearance. I would consider having a body shop reshoot the front when possible.

These are from my days on the road. It has 100K miles on the clock. It has had a hard life.
Now it sits while I take the bus.

I agree. I read a thread in one of the forums from a gentleman in your situation. He was able to really improve the look, but could get it all.
