Seam Taping

Good idea to tape all the seams.......saves a lot of door jamb cleaning as as well as trunk and hood seams.........just a thought

Depends on your trim. If its black plastic you bet my wife's Expedition has matching trim atleast on the doors. If its rubber I tape it. I use 3m blue painters tape anyone know if they make it in 2 inch?

i love using 3m blue tape...different width for different areas...as far as platic/rubber trim goes...a quick tip - dress the trim first, slightly heavy, and dont wipe it off...after buffing/polishing/waxing just give your trim a final buff to remove excess dressing and any wax/polish residue will come with it....and as far as seams go...definitely tape up up..will save you time in not having to dig out polish and wax from inbetween body panels....

Yea some places its easy to get out, my casr has a lot of OEM parts and they dont line up quite like a new car so i take off all them so i dont burn the paint
