I think it's good for just about anyone that hasn't mastered the PC. I think it's worth the $30 for sure. Here's a list of topics covered (all Meg's products by the way):

What can you expect to learn from this DVD? Take a look at some of the topics:
* Buffing single stage paint and how you can tell
* Claybar Quik Clay system
* Evaluating surface
* "Test Spot"
* Using ScratchX by hand to remove scratches
* Using #7 "Show Car Glaze" Techniques
* Pad techniques
* Microfiber techniques
* Using NXT Tech Wax by hand
* Why "Swipe Test"? When to use and why.
* What pads to use and not use
* PC and W7006, W8006, W9006 pads
* "Stop" Technique
* Microfiber bonnet
* Why machine is better than by hand for a flawless finish
* M80 benefits
* PC benefits
* Variable speed
* 2 most important settings
* Why high speed is dangerous
* Why pc is safe
* Tips and techniques
* Cord safety
* Arm speed and direction
* Uniform material removal (UMR)
* Proper Pressure
* Proper use..on and off
* Applying product to PC pad technique
* Proper way to hold PC
* Working the product in
* 50% overlap
* Does cleaner wax need to dry?
* How long do you need to buff?
* Wet buff vs dry buff
* Changing pads
* Why paint cleaning stage is critical
* W-9006 technique for applying wax
* Safe tape removal techniques
* Microfiber bonnet install
* "Post It Note" safety
* Protecting engine and driving compartment
* Buffing to the edge
* Keeping the work area manageable
* Kissing the finish
* PC pad cleaning without a rotary
* Polishing out complex areas
* Benefits of taping off trim
* Finger as safety bumper when buffing
* MF bonnet finger nail technique
* Remove polish/wax with terry or MF?
* How wipe speed affects quality
* Spray wax technique: When, how, why to use

Barnes and noble has it. Teaches how to network and get in with people of influence. Let me say something here it is much eaiser to learn to detail than it is to run a business and gain high end customers who pay big $$$$ to you for your services. If you can do both you will not have to worry about cash flow, This is especially true for the young guns or newbies to this business. IMO
