Product Compatability Question

Whenever I get around to getting a PC probly this weekend or next im looking to use all the products that AG has forced me to buy. I was just curious if anyone had experience or has suggestions as to whether or not this process sounds good.

Wash-Megs Gold Class(not the best I know but I gotta finish it)
Clay-Mothers clay kit
Wash again
Polish1-XMT3
Polish2-XMT1
Glaze-XMT glaze w/carnuba
Wax-Natty Blue 2 coats w/24 hr in between

does that sound like it will work out or should I add a sealant in there as well.

That looks like a good plan. However personally I don't think its neccessary to wash a second time after claying or wait 24hrs between coats of wax. If you do decide to add a sealant in there then you would have to wait 24hrs. Just remember to apply the sealant first then natty's on top of that and not the other way around. By the way there isn't anything wrong with Meg's gold class shampoo, it'll do just fine. Good luck and remember to post pics.

with 2KLS1 about not needing another wash prior to polishing. Some sealants have issues with bonding to a glaze. Maybe someone will jump in that can give you more info. Until then I'd stick with your plan.

It looks like a very good plan. Some people like to wash after claying, if it makes you feel better go ahead. You may even want to wash after polishing if there is dusting from XMT.

Nothing wrong with the Gold Class shampoo. If you have it, use it.
You might want to add a wipe down with 50/50 iso-alcohol water mix after the polish and before the glaze to make sure you get all of the residual polish off.
Agree with 2KLS1, you do not need to wait between carnuba coats (give it an hour). You will have a full day doing what you have. If you feel the need you can add sealant next time you strip the wax off without having to do the multiple polishing again.
