The highest end wax I used was Nu Finish. Spray a washcloth with Simple Green, not diluted. Do not get the rag saoked, just damp. Apply Nu Finish to the washcloth and start rubbing it in circles or back and forth.........
Let it dry over night and remove with 2500 grit sandpaper.........you will have a "NU Finish"

Just not the kind you want......
lol...JK......
I used Souveran....like it, but don't use it on Clients' cars. I save it for mine..

Talking about Turtle Wax, the Platinum Ultra Gloss is a killer looking excellent LSP. Great spreadability, easy buffout, and a wonderful appearance.

Turtle wax excellent? Im surprised...

I just had a horrible experience with them and I am going to try to get them to repaint parts of my car.

I saw their gold series soap at bjs and it was $10 for a gallon so i figured what the heck ill try it its cheap and if i like it i can say i found a cheap OTC way to get soap.

So I used it, and was very satisfied with cleaning ability and the shine it left, I didnt even need to QD after the wash!

The next day I bring my car in the garage to clean the interior, slap on a quick sealant etc and what do I see? It ate through part of my clearcoat on my roof and where suds were dripping down from my drivers side mirror it eroded the clear in the shape of dripping suds!!!!!!!

I am going to have to have my roof and drivers side door repainted, its barely noticeable but i can run my finger over it and feel the depression.

I am calling them today, very angry DONT USE GOLD CLASS SOAP!

Gold Class is Megs, are you talking about the Turtle Wax Platinum wash? It couldn't have eaten through clearcoat, you would need an strong acidic product to eat through that fast. Something else happened.

Did you try washing/qd'er again or using an APC? The marks are pry just outlines of dried soap that will wipe off.

Its not undried soap and its turtle wax gold series I was staring at the bottle for half an hour while on the phone with turtle wax.

I was examining it for a while yesterday, it is definitely not dried soap i can not stress that enough and I will take pics soon.

Theyre sending me a kit in which I need to give a product sample and fill out some stuff.
