What type of dressing is good for a spray on bedliner?

Personally I would take a can of AA tire cleaner and let it go .......no wiping and will still give it a little shine. That's my 2cents........works good my engine.

A bed liner? Seems like that would take a lot of product and time to cover. Good luck Sparkie and let us know what you do.

I buy #40 by the gallon for this very reason. I first clean the bed with a stiff bristle nylon brush and regular automotive shampoo/water mix. If you wait for it to dry then use a water damp sponge and mist the #40 on to the bed. It spreads thinly and will go a long way. Should you do it immediately following the wash the rinse water will help spread the #40. I would say a regular sized spray bottle (16 oz.) will do your bed maybe 8 times. The thing I like about it is that it doesn't go on blotchy like some of the other products I've tried, (i.e. Back to Black). It is a little bit slick but not as all out slimey as a tire shine. Anyway I would tell you to give it a shot. I use it on both Rhino and Line-X that I have in my trucks. I've tried most of the other available products and have found this to work best for me.

I would use the tire foam too.
I would then come back and wipe. Alot do not realize that AA tire foam has cleaning abilities that bring gunk up from cracks and crevices.

They do fade. Rhino is worse than Line-X

I have a spray in liner...called Super Liner...and was told do not use any spray tire gloss on it...and was told that goes for any spray in....it will react with the UV chemicals in the coating causing it to chaulk and fade....I use megs 40 now or Duragloss Marine protectant #531....but there is a product out made just for the liners....forgot the name..but they have it at the bedliner place where I had mine done....mine is 3 years old now and looks like new...and is red..same color as my truck....

to clean it...I use orange blast APC..that is what I was told to use..not to strong and cleans it good....I diluted it....4oz to 26oz of water in a spray bottle..and brush it clean...I carry coal..hay..steel..wood...gravel..and still looks like new...

any good vinyl dressing will work...303...megs 40...531...

Al
