XMT help

OK well i have been working on my hood....so far i have used xmt2- 2 coats then 1 coat xmt1 i havent glazed or waxed yet....but i was wonder is the xmt polishes supposed to turn to powder? it seems like when i use it on 5 or 6 is shoots out powder all over the other side of the hood is this normal?

XMT does not powder anywhere near as much as Poorboys. Are you sure your pads were cleaned properly ?? Add a little RMG as possible and remember to keep polish damp till the end of polishing.

i have the same scenario, i just tried killrwheels' advise and it work. dont let the pads go dry.
