black car question .....again another newbie

Hi there,

I am new to the board but have been reading posts daily for some time now. I have a few cars but the most problematic is my 97 SVT Cobra. It is triple black and has only 4,800 original miles.

Now onto my question....I have washed, clayed, polished with SSR1 and then sealed the paint with PB XP. I then used NBx3 and Pinnacle signature series x3. There are no swirls or spider webbing and I am very pleased with the depth and shine. That being said, I have been reading about souveran and I was wondering if I can layer it on top of existing wax, or should I polish and apply soveran over PB XP. Finally, what is the best sealant for black paint?

Thanks in advance

I still find UPP and Souveran the best combo on black. Going to do the Duragloss / Souveran thing soon.

Those pictures take my breath away, in a very manly way, everytime I see them. That is an extremely beatiful car. The best black car I have ever seen by far. : righton:
