glaze, wax, then glaze and wax again?

is it ok to glaz then followed by a wax and after the wax is dried out, top it with the same glaze and wax again. is this advisable at all? or just waste of time.

waste of time ....glaze then wax. If you must look up "spit shining" and adding cold water to wax and then adding another coat. Seems to add to durability more than appearance.
