Meguiar’s DA Polisher?

Hey everyone, my grandpa gave me a Meguiars DA A while ago... havent ever heard anyone talk about them or even hear of them...wondering what the diffrence is between the meguiars and the Portercable 7424... Heres a pic...looks just like the 7424

Any info would be great.
Thanks
Marcus

It's the exact same machine as the Porter Cable machine everyone else talks about. The only differences are in the accessories it comes with and that the Meguiar's labeled machine comes with a lifetime warranty.

lol grandpa paid for it, he used it once or twice and he said it makes a mess so he asked if i wanted it i said yes...lol easy... why does this one cost in the 200.00 dollar range and the portercable cost around 120.00? will all the portercable pads and everything work on this machine?

As stated above, the price differential is primarily due to the lifetime warrantee. Besides labeling, the machines are identical and pads are interchangeable.

The G-100A cost more because you are buying the lifetime warranty.
