| | | Poorboy Spray & Wipe vs Optimum No Rinse Hello All; I am fairly new to AG, and I wanted to say I have learned a GREAT deal from this forum, so I thank all of you!! I recently purchased some Poorboy products and I love them!! Attached is my recently detailed Dodge Ram 1500, after wash, clay and re-wash I used AIO and topped with Pinnacle Souveran. I use PB Spray & Gloss for my QD. My question is What is the difference between PB Spray & Wipe wash and Optimum No Rinse?? After my truck gets a little dirty I was looking to possible use one of these products for a "quick" wash and a nice shine, or should I be pulling out my sheepskin and bucket for a full wash??? Also I really like the Poorboy product line, so if I used the Spray & Wipe would I follow up with PB Spray & Gloss as a QD??? Your feedback will be greatly appreciated Thanks |

| | The Spray and wash is awesome!! I'd go with that one if I were you and no you don't need to QD after. Spray and wash is kind of like a QD, but one bitten in the arse by Mr. Clean.

| | | I have no experience with Optimum, but I do with PB Spray & Wipe. I love PB S&W. In fact, I recently ordered the refill for it.
I also have the Spray & Gloss. I agree with FN, you don't need to follow the S&W with the Spray & Gloss. But S&G is a good QD between washing.

| | | Spray and Wipe is the product to use for light dirt removal. It has more
lubrcity than Spray and Gloss. I use Spray and Wipe alos when drying the
car after washing to reduce swirls. It also adds a little pop and removes
anything left from washing. It is one my most used products of all. I use
Spray and Gloss after drying to add a little more shine. |

Spray & Wipe is just Awesome, and a must have if you don't want to wash your vehicle 2-3x a week. I usually just use it on light dirt or dusting, but the pictures below show that you can use it on dirtier paint without marring (just remember to use plenty of MF and turn often): Before - this is about the dirtiest I've use S&W on
Let it dwell for about 20-30 seconds
After:
S&W leaves a nice surface, but if time permits follow it with S&G to give it that extra POP! |

| | | OPtimum No Rinse can be used well as a quick detailer also, as well as several other items like a water conditioner and clay lube. I find that it truly smells like crap, but other than that works well. Poorboys Spray/Wipe has a great following, but I have used Mothers Quickshine for years for small cleanups without issue. |

| | | If you use S&W on a dark vehicle, its a huge leap of faith... It goes against what you are "taught".... You kinda "make the sign of the cross, and wipe away"... :-)
I use the same reasoning with S&W as I do with putting on my headlights... If you think it might be to dirty for S&W, it probably is.... Get the bucket out!
(Headlight reasoning would be if you think you should put your lights on, its time!) |

ONR can have multiple uses if your looking for a economical product ,but as Scott stated the ONR has a smell that may take some time to get use too. In the winter months i use it often when i need to wash my car in the garage it leaves very little mess behind, but PB's is my Favorite for a S&W, now that being said Scott mention he has an addiction to QD's and i'm finding my self looking at more products to use , As soon as i get a chance i'm going to big lots to try out the Zymol QD's.. |

| | | Wouldn't comparing ONR to S&W be comparing apples to oranges? S&W being a waterless wash and ONR being a no rinse car soap......
