I've tried all the products on this list and will say that for metallic silver, nothing beats Wolfgang (DGPS). I love the slick feel and awsome, deep shine. Really brings out the metal flake. The more coats the better (up to a point). I like it even better without Souveran as a topper. Dark colors though - DGPS with Souveran on top. My vote: Wolfgang.

DP is formerly known as Detailer's Pride? Isn't that what it is known as now and DP is just an abbreviation?? I am so confused...

I want to vote for Nu Finish............

JK

I like Pinnacle.....Souveran and Crystal Mist....Mmmmmm
BUT.....I chose Poorboys due to cost. Since I do this full time, I look at cost AND performance. If I were to use Souveran on my cusomers's cars, I'd be half broke.

(not sure how I can be half broke, since I am broke already )

Absolutely correct. DP was formerly Detailers Pride.

I have used many of the products listed. However, for the money I feel Meguiar's is as good as it gets for over the counter. I have used there #7 and #26 for years with good results. Also have used P21S, Pinnacle which is very good. Most recent, I use FinishKare High Gloss Sealant Glaze which is Brizilian Carnauba on my Black Vette, follow with there Pink wax which is a carnauba and in between I use ther QD #425 which is very good. It works for me. Have received many best of show and best paint awards over the years at quality corvette shows. just my $.02. My advise is to try the product and if it works for you and gives the results you are looking for stick with it.

I would have to say Poorboys for cost to performance aspect. I do want to
try Souveran one day. Want to get a great price to see if it hooks me. I had
get in a Labor Day Sale order for some Poorboys and DP stuff.

What I would say to all in closing this POLL, is that there are several choices within the walls of AG that should be tried. The Wolfgang Line, The update DP Line, and Clearkote are products that are not to be missed. I can only guess they scored so low because most have failed to try them.

And it is clearly noticable that Pinnacle and Poorboys make some great products. Pinnacle is still clearly the Pinnacle in terms of "king of the mountain".
