Doing a detail over several days

I have a detail coming up that involves minor swirl removal. I know for a fact that its going to span at least 2 days since I don't have a full day to dedicate to this. I'm pretty sure its going to take 2 passes with SSR2.5 + orange pad to remove these swirls. My question is should I completely do each panel (2xSSR2.5,SSR1,LSP) one at a time so everything is sealed over night? Or should I just do it the normal way and let the car sit overnight with no protection? I'm guessing I'll be able to get all the SSR2.5 done in one day, but the rest will have to wait until the next day.
