Easy-to-Use&Effective Rim/Tire Cleaner and Shine

I recently purchased the Wolfgang Tire and Wheel Cleaner and the Gel Gloss. I like the way they perform. Dear Dad did as well. However, I think he wants a tire shine with more gloss.
Also, are there tire and wheel cleaners which don't require agitation, i.e. the use of a wheel brush?

As far as wheel cleaner, which does not require much agitation, Try PB's Spray and Rinse wheel cleaner. Pretty strong stuff. And the tire gel, my favorite is Pinnacle Black Onyx.

Most safe products will need a little agitation. I prefer P21S personally and feel its worth the cost. For a true Spray and hose off type cleaner use Poorboys Spray/Rinse and follow directions exactly.
