Ggggggaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!

I am making this WAY too complicated.

First off, I want (read: NEED) to purchase several items all at once since I just got my new car but I am seriously trying to not go overboard. Also, I'm trying to nail down what wax I want. I love Pinnacle and have thought about getting the WDGPS to go along with it. I would assume I don't need any type of restorer on my new paint, would you? I also want one of those air blasters since I hate continually cleaning up water drips when I start waxing.

Anyone have any thoughts of the Pinnacle Sig II w/ WDGPS vs. Menzerna products? The reason I am thinking Pinnacle is b/c I have been wowed by what their wash liquid does by itself. Also, is a boars hair brush really necessary for factory painted wheels or will a soft synthetic wheel brush work just as well?

So many products.

Re: Ggggggaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!

there is a sale on Pinnacle currently, and several kits are nice value. One has Wolfgang and Pinnacle, the other Klasse AIO and Pinnacle. For lighter color Sig Series II has a kit too.

If its brand new you can get away with the Pinnacle paint cleaner. You might want to get some Menzerna for down the road for scratches and to just polish the paint to bring it back to like new condition. I would suggest the Sizzling Shine Kit also the Wolgand sealant is very nice, that is my go to sealant.

Re: Ggggggaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!

Since killr and AR have covered the LSPs and potential need for correction, I'll chime in on the boar's hair brush.

While not necessary, it's a nice tool to have in your collection because it use shouldn't be limited to wheels only. Problems with a dirty front chrome grille and that wash mitt won't cut it and you're afraid of using a synthetic wheel brush for fear of scratching?...Break out the boar's hair brush.

Also, if you've sealed your factory painted wheels after giving them a massive once-over, the boar's hair wheel brush is a great maintenance wheel washer, as I've just recently experienced.

If it's not in the budget, I'd suggest you add it to the list of items you get sooner on down the road.
