Cracks and crevices

What is the best way to totally clean out those cracks and crevices inside the car. A brush only goes so far. And as always, cheapest solutions are the ones I am looking for. $1,000 for a steamer is not in my forseeable future. TIA

Oh, maybe I wasn't very clear. I actually meant on the inside of the car. Places like around cup holders, air vents, and places like that.

On the dash I sometimes use canned air if a brush or Q-tip does not reach.

compressed air, moist towels, a good interior cleaner, a paintbrush and some qtips are all valuable for the interior cracks and crevices.

PIMP STYXXX would be a permanant solution (reusable) for under 30 bucks.
