How to stop Menz Nano (PO106ff) from dusting?

I'm in the middle of detailing my car but half my time is being spent cleaning up all of the dust left by the Menz Nano Polish (PO106ff). I'm using the Flex DA with a white LC CCS white pad. I'm very happy with the results so far. However, is there a product mix or technique to prevent the dusting? I live in Northern CA where the weather is warm with low humidity.

Re: How to stop Menz Nano (PO106ff) from dusting?

It dust quite frequently when I use it as well with my UDM (I live in Reno, NV). I've read it doesn't dust as bad when you use it with a rotary, but it does still dust. I believe it's just the nature of the beast. You can pick up a California Car duster to remove the dust, but to be honest I just continue polishing and then wash the car after I'm done with my final polishing/glazing stage.

just blow it off or rewash when done, make sure you are not using to much and caking the pads.

how much is too much? I try to use 2-3 pea sized dots and it seems like it's not enough. The polish doesn't spread like how blkyukon's video does (before turning the polisher on).

try a light mist of water or pad conditioner before each 2x2 section.

Thats what I do,spritz it with a little water.
Only time I had it dust or gum up was when I hit an area exposed to sunlight. (don't have a garage)

You may need two nickel size of 106 and 1 dime size of OP to prime the pad. After the first section you can reduce to 2 pea size per section.
