Process after polishing?

Can anyone help with this?

Saw a post in the last week or two that I forgot to copy into my Word document. It outlined a good process on how to remove dust after polishing the car without re-adding swirls. That is my greatest fear, spending all the time removing swirls, then just replacing them with new ones right away.

I searched and searched, using various words, but have found nothing. The process eliminated any cloth-to-paint until the sealant and lsp were added. Does anyone have a similar process or rememeber the post?

Howard

Re: Process after polishing?

either a rewash or air compressor are my options...or a combination of both. I've never seen a 'system' but yeah it's a PITA.

Re: Process after polishing?

wash ---- clay ---- polish ---- protect

using proper washing and drying techniques will reduce reapplication of swirls. These are the two areas where most come from.
