Re: Favorite car product thus far!

I'd have to say Optimum Protectant Plus, so versatile, great on leather, plastics, vinyl, interior/exterior trim etc. And real man smell, none of this fruity bs

Re: Favorite car product thus far!

I too a newbie with cleaning and detailing. Didn't think much of it before until I started reading/learning from all you veteran detailers on this forum. It's very statisfying to see the fruit of your labor when the car is done properly. I didn't realized it was this much fun/rewarding, and I used to think people who spent hours cleaned/detailed their cars is a waste of time. But was I wrong.
Just over a month ago I bought a Makita buffer, Edge pads, DP, Foam gun etc (around $1k spent)... and full line of 3M products; it has work really well. I am very happy with the result of the 3M stuff. The 3M stuff is day and night vs the junk they sell at your local parts store. I could just imagine the resulf will be with other premium line of products ie. Wolfgang, P21s, Pinnacle etc...

Re: Favorite car product thus far!

For actual consumable product, the only one I have found that can't be replaced with anything else is ONR.

Outside of that, I'm surprised no one mentioned these:
-My quality microfiber towels
-5 Gallon buckets with grit guards and bucket wheel dollies!

Those are the 3 things that I simply have not found a replacement so far!
