Question Car cover?

Is there a cover that will hold up in German weather and not cause mirco marring on a freshly detailed (and black!) car? I was looking at both the noah and weather shield by covercraft, both claim to hold up well against the elements, but which is more paint friendly? or should i be looking elsewhere...

Yes I am, the weather shield HD looks great but is above my price point (will be a gift from my wife to me so I'm capped at 325.00) After alot thought I think will get a noah...
