Can Zaino CS be used over Klasse AIO? If so, is it necessary to let the AIO cure for a certain amount of time?

yes CS can be used over Klasse AIO, and no appreciable wait time is needed. Because both products are a little sterile looking, you might like to add Z8 over the CS for a glossy appearance. Optimum's Quick Detailer and Gloss Spray would work also.
