which Schmitt do you guys recommend. I am in need of something to wash my black altima. Nothing that would scratch the paint but soft enough to get some stubborn stains out sometimes.

For paint use the white Schmitt (or try the grout sponge version - haven't tried it myself yet)... For stubborn stains, go with a stronger cleaner - PB Bug Squash, Surf City Road Trip Grime Destroyer, etc.. or a paint cleaner like Klasse AIO. I wouldn't use an abrasive "wash media" especially on black.

I got PB bug squash on my order. Thanks. Looks like the white one for me. Sea sponge and bores hair brush is a little pricey for me but that is just me. Gonna get a foam gun so hopefully i enjoy it.

I have a sea sponge, and although I prefer a more substantial mitt in my hand, I've never had an issues with the sponge.

Sea sponges work great for rinseless washing- QEW, ONR, DP4in1.
