Optimum shine!!

My wife's Mazda 5 needed some love so last week, just before sundown, I dove into my ONR. Just like everyone else, I was a little sketchy on 'no rinse'. Geeesh this stuff is awesome!!! After the ONR, I did 1 layer of opti-seal, and 1 coat of the new spray wax.....yummy coconut smell, wipes off easily and it doesn't seem to matter if I get it on trim or anything else. It just wipes clean. This ONR stuff is my new favorite. I'm getting a gallon next time.

Re: Optimum shine!!

thanks for the comments y'all. This picture is actually 2 days afterwards and even one day of heavy rain. After the rain I used ONR QD and dried it off....and it still looked like this.

Re: Optimum shine!!

well this was my first experience and the car was pretty dirty. not like GRUNGY but at least 2 weeks worth of daily driving, no garage, 1-2 days of rain etc. I ran my hand across and I was nervous at the amount of dirt I felt.
As a caution, I spritzed each panel with homemade ONR QD and THEN wash with a MF mitt. I went through 3 mitts.
The IS250 thread I put up was my 2nd time using ONR. This car was fairly dirty but not as bad as the mazda. Again I spritzed with ONR QD but don't think it was necessary. It's cheap enough to make so why not.

Re: Optimum shine!!

Havent noticed any marring with ONR, even on a fairly dirt car. It also all I use on my billet wheels. I havent done a regular wash in a few months now, and I have 3/4 of a gallon of DG901 left lol
