What should I avoid with fresh paint?

My car is currently in the body shop for a lot of paint work:
- install + paint new rear bumper
- repaint rear left quarter panel and clear coat due to cracked paint
- repaint right side skirt due to road damage (too slow, scraped)

I'm excited to get my car back tomorrow and I'll be cleaning it for hot import nights and photo shooting next weekend.

What precautions should I take if any, when it comes to the freshly painted areas? Is it ok to use wash, wax, quick detail?

I plan to use Optimum No Rinse, Meguiar's Gold Class Wax, and either Meguair's Quick Detailer or F1K #425 quick detailer if it arrives in time.

Thanks,
Ken

What about the quick detailers then such as Finish Kare #425 or Meguiar's quick detailer? Some of them claim to have wax inside

I was told to wait 3 months for my fresh paint. I actually talked to the Sherwin-Williams rep about it when picking it up. He said only use a glaze..no sealants or waxes.
