UPP over Klasse SG

Has anyone ever tried using UPP over Klasse S G to enhance a deeper shine?



these are the steps that I used:
!. Wash
2. Clay
3. Polish
4. Klasse SG
5. UPP 4 starr
6. Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax
7. Quick detailer

Wait 12hrs between steps 4-5 and 6 before applying the next product.

My main question is regarding number 4 and 5. Is this something that others do?
I have noticed that by using UPP over Klasse, I get much more of a wet look.

Have you compared the look of SG, UPP, Souveran and just SG and Souveran? I'm not sure there is any benefit to the UPP. It won't add any durabilty and it probably won't bond properly, so when you apply the Souveran on top it is likely the UPP is wiped off - wasting the UPP. SG topped with a wax looks great alone, no need for the UPP in the middle, IMO.

Never tried and like Budman3 mentions, I wonder about UPPs ability to bond to the SG. Then again, I know a lot of people that use KAIO, which leaves a layer of acralyc, as a base for other sealants???

Maybe someone will step in with a nice scientific explanation of why this would or wouldn't work...

What about just using the UPP topped with Souveran?? That is what I have been using, seems good to me so far!

I'd just use one sealant type, just do 2 coats for maximum durability.
Then top it off with Souveran paste.

the Klasse twins are a bit sterile in look, but bulletproof in design. I have used Sonus Acrylic Spray, Liquid Glass Spray, and UPP Spray Sealant over them to add alot of gloss and slickness.
