| | | Does XMT360 have fillers I have heard some say that Pinnacle's XMT360 has fillers in it to hide imperfections. I do not know if it is true or not. So I did the fender with a tape line. The pc and a low profile org pad. After I was done, I did a IPA wipedown TWICE just to see if it hid anything.
So what do you think.....
My conclusion: it looked like it did before I did the wipedown.

While my approach takes more time, the results are far superior. |

| | | I have never used XMT360 before but a true test for filling would be to apply 360 by hand and take before and after shots w/ tape. That way you take the orange pad variable out of question. But thanks for the picture, that's a great turnaround for an AIO. |

The XMT 360 is designed for use by machine application and if used correctly, by machine, it will clean the paint, REMOVE IMPERFECTIONS (not fill them in) and leave behind a layer of polymer protection. |

| | | I still don't believe that this is a true test. It is very possible that the orange light cutting pad with the polish removed the swirls, not making the filling ability present because there aren't any swirls left behind to fill. A true test to test the fillers of the product, not the function of 360, would be to apply it in a less aggressive manner and then to see if any swirls were left behind or filled. I would do such a test but I don't have any 360... that being said, I have no clue how aggressive the abrasives are in 360 but comparing other AIOs they must be pretty strong after seeing some very deep swirls being removed. |

| | This Cobra I did awhile back look like someone took a brillo pad and gasoline to it. I used 360 with a lo-pro orange and the results were up to par with a any light polish out there. The fender to this day has never returned that nasty smear/haze and the swirls weren't there the last time I washed it with CWG... I still like 360 when I'm able to use it.
