PB NL or DP Interior Protectant?

I am looking for a general purpose interior product (light cleaning, minimal added shine, some UV protection) and I am down to PB NL and DP Interior Protectant. I know the DP smells like bananas. The PB seems to a litte cheaper in the 16 oz size. I have been using Meg's QID but I just wanted something with more UV protection.

Any other pro's or con's for either? Are they about the same? Other suggestions?

Thanks.

Haven't tried either (but if somebody wants to throw a sample my way I'll be glad to check them out and give a review ) - any reason you're not considering 303? Based on the description you gave, it sounds perfect. Very little additional shine (be sure to buff it lightly), and plenty of UV protection.

I have and use PB NL on all my personal vehicles (I only do my vehicles). I love this stuff. It is a great product! It cleans well, smells great and if you like a matte finish then you will love PB NL!

I have not used the DP Interior Protectant so I cannot comment on it. I would suspect it is a great product also.

If you prefer more of a matte finish, PB NL will work. I prefer the DP even though it has more shine. I get no streaking with the DP, and I like the banana smell.

NOTE: Meguiar's is supposed to have an improved version of their Quik Interior Detailing due out this January. It has more UV protection in it, and still retains the matte finish.

I use 303 (occasionally Mothers when I want to kick up shine) as my main protectant (exterior / interior) but I never considered it a quick interior detailer. I use 303 every few months or so. My goal was to use something whenever I clean the interior and for some reason I just did not think 303 was that product. 303 tends to streak a little so you have to buff a little so it is not a simple wipe on / wipe off product. Maybe I need to amend my question to include if these are WOWO products.

Does PB have a scent? I saw the announcement but I was looking at something I could get in a larger size (1 gal). Meg's said they would not offer the QID in the Detailer line.

Yep, the PB's has a scent. Don't know what you would call the scent, but it is fairly pleasant, and lingers longer than the banana smell of the DP.

Does this have any UV properties? The description sounds like QID. For me, 303 has an acceptable amount of added shine.

The only thing I use or will ever use is Meguiars #40 Interior Cleaner/Protectant. Try it and you will understand.
