Clear Cote Failer!!!!!! Woops!!???

I REMOVED MY DECALS TODAY TO GET READY TO SELL THE TRUCK BUT THEN LEFT BEHIND AN OUTLINE OF MY COMPANY NAME. SO I HIT THE PAINT WITH A WHITE PAD AND NANO AND NOTHING THEY WERE STILL THERE. SO I MOVED UP TO ORANG E PAD AND OPTIMUM COMPOUND AND I CAN STILL SEE THE NAME REAL FAINT SO THEN I TRYED A YELLOW CUTTING PAD AND COMPOUND AND STILL THEY WERE THERE SO I HIT IT A GAIN AND THE PAD TURNED GREEN AND THERE WAS THIS MARK ON THE PAINT!!! NOW THE TRUCKS 5 YEARS OLD WITH BASE COTE CLEARCOTE. AND BEFORE I STARTED DETAILING I HAD ITH DETAILED A FEW TIMES A DETAILER BUT ALL THEY USE ARE CHEAP AIO WAXES POLISHES. AND IVE ONLY USED A COMPOUND LAST YEAR ONCE YELLOW PAD AND TODAY 2 TIMES WITH A YELLOW PAD AND COMPOUND SO HOW COULD I HAVE GONE TROUGH THE CLEAR ALL READY???HERS A FEW PICS

Did you buy the truck new? If not, the spot could have be re-sprayed with SS paint.
