Full wash and wax for the RAV4 takes about two hours.
    My 2014 Mirage, an hour.

It doesn't bother me, love taking care of my cars like most here do.

I can do a rinseless wash on my car including tires/wheels and wheelwells in about an hour. It helps to have a small car too!

Re: how much time do you spend on washing, wax car?

It takes me about 30 minutes to wash my car. If I am spray waxing add another 15 minutes. If I am doing a true decontamination and rewax that would take a few hours. But I dont mind as I get lost in the process, its my happy place.

For me, yes to everything but the wheel wells. On my car, I can barely see into the wells and would be hard pressed to get a brush in there. On my wife's suv, she put on so many miles they are dirty again in a day or two, so I don't really bother. I just hose it down really well to knock out the mud and most of the dirt.

On the other hand, rinseless wash (no wheels) will take me 45 minutes to an hour.
IMO, 3 + hours is fun! I agree I might be sore from bending and washing but the results are worth it. hen I rinseless wash about the same time

I used the stopwatch on my phone this past weekend to see how long it would take to do my truck. I pre-rinsed with My PW and used the GDWM with ONR. No wheels or wheel wells, tires or trim dressing. Took me exactly 1hr. I thought I was a little slow.

My truck is a F150 SuperCrew FX4 so what really slows me down is the roof, windshield and rear window. I have to climb in the bed to get the rear window/roof. For the sunroof and windshield, I have to open the front door and stand on the sill. I have a extended wash pole with MF bonnet but it feels like more trouble than it's worth sometimes and it doesn't help with drying on a Rinseless wash.

    Black Sequoia

Quickie with UWW+ 30mins (spray, wipe, dry, buff)

    Full wash 1.5hrs

Full wash + wax 2.5-3 hrs

I rarely wash my truck (about twice monthly, garaged) the UWW+ holds me down.

Well you asked and you shall receive. A little background on my truck. She is coated now but the same process applied before. My Raptor has decals all over which did save me a little time on the traditional waxing/sealant (since I would UTTG those only once every 6 months).

    Wash/Wax:
    Quick pre-rinse with power washer
    Foam cannon
Quick wheel well scrub and rim face clean up (since no exposed barrels)
    2 BM method for paint
    Rinse with power washer
Quick dry with MasterBlaster and waffle weave (to get water out of the nooks, mirrors, molding, bedcaps, extractor vents, grills etc...)
Carpro Reload on semi-dry paint, windows, decals
Spray dressing on tires + quick wipe down
.... and that is all she wrote.

Door jambs detailing are considered interior work to me, so in my quick exterior they just get sprayed and blown dry. Traditional machine applied sealant would take me another 30 minutes + cure time. 45 minutes does not include set up and take down times which may add about 10-15 minutes. The truck is never neglected and is a "garage queen" daily driver.

So, any tips for roof, windshield, bed window on that beast?
