    The M TECH trademark is filed in the category of Cosmetics and Cleaning Products.

    The description provided to the USPTO for M TECH is:
    POLISHES, WAXES AND CLEANERS FOR...
    AUTOMOBILES, MOTORCYCLES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, TRUCKS, VANS, BOATS, AIRPLANES;
    RUBBER, PLASTICS, VINYL, LEATHER, METALS;
    WHEEL AND HUBCAP CLEANING PREPARATIONS;
    GLASS AND CHROME CLEANING PREPARATIONS;
    AND ALL PURPOSE PROTECTANT FOR VINYL, RUBBER, LEATHER, PLASTIC AND OTHER FINISHED SURFACES.

    Yes...I'm sure Forrest can further clarify.

    I'm not sure why there's confusion on who makes these products - the Mothers name is plainly visible in the front. And yes, we've applied for a trademark on the name.

    I also don't think it's fair to AG to discuss products not sold here in their forums.

    Why isn't it fair for people to express their opinions?

    That may be true but it seems the rules "bend" a bit because you see Adam's, Zaino and other threads here all the time for products not sold here. I know myself and others responded last year with the great deal on Turtle Wax rinseless wash and I never got any grief over that.

    AG does not forbid talking about other products. They just forbid linking to products not sold on their website.
