Detailing Toyota ?

Last week I detailed my pewter 01 Chevy Silverado and it turned out pretty nice. I clayed the car then used PB SSR2.5, SSR1, and natty's wax. I use LC orange (should have tried the yellow ) and White pads and noticed that GM paint is fairly hard and took quite awhile to remove the swirls, but all in all turned out nice.

Now I need to do a silver Toyota Camry and want to know if it's safe to use the same products on the Toyota since I don't know how hard Toyota paint is. I don't want to have to go out and buy a bunch of different products just for a couple of cars. Is it cool to use the Sonus clay, PB products and LC 6.5" pads (orange and white) I already have for this job.

Any advice you be appreciated.

I dont think you would have any problem, i would def. start with your least aggressive combo and go from there if your still left with imperfections.

I think you will be good to go. It is hard to say for sure because I don't know the condition of the paint or how old the vehicle is but I think you'll be ok. Toyota, in my opinion, has fairly soft paint. SSR2.5 and the white LC pad should be all that you need, unless the finish is really trashed... if there are minimal swirls, SSR1 would do the trick either with the white or orange, depending on what you'd want to do.
