Re: Black Light advice.

I would do BL, Pete's, wait at least overnight, then V7. I've tried it the other way with V7 before wax and I think the V7 looks best as a last layer. YMMV.

Still have not tried it. I got it not too long ago. It's a very nice thick wax. My buddy used it on his trans am, He did black light, butter wet wax, and v7 last, the car came out ridiculous. That's why I bought it lol.

I've used it. Results were pretty impressive for such an inexpensive product, and could be one of the easiest application/removals from CG.

I doubt it has the same protective properties as some of their other waxes, however it's a solid bang for your buck product.

Re: Black Light advice.

So is BL considered a polish and will it remove old sealants and wax?

I laid down a layer of KAIO and the Glaze sealant. Would applying this remove all that work or will it only enhance it?

I guess the general thought is CG BL is mostly a glaze. I know folks here have laid it down over glossworks glaze by hand with good results. That would probably be the way to go to top KSG

Re: Black Light advice.

so the confusion starts again jajaja. I'm going to try it both ways, since I like to wax every 1-2 month.

Re: Black Light advice.

I need to post up pics but I can't find my damn memory card or usb cable!!

I did my cobra this weekend. By hand. Never again lol

black light, butter wet wax, topped off with v7. On monday I gave it another coat of v7. The paint is so ridiculously smooth and wet looking.
