Anyone near DC/NOVA have a Paint Depth/Thickness Gauge I can use?

I've decided that my fall project on my car is going to be to attempt to properly correct the paint. I've compounded and polished it a couple of times, but it really needs a wet-sand to make it right.

I live in Northern Virginia near I-395 and Route 7. If there's anyone in the greater DC Area with a Paint Thickness Gauge that would be so gracious as to let me use it to measure my car, I would be VERY grateful!

What kind of car is it, and has it been repainted to your knowledge?

Sorry man, I'm in Alexandria - but I don't own a paint gauge.

It's an Integra, and yes, it has definitely been repainted, really crappy-like, too. Painted right over the factory paint. Looks like they just scuffed and sprayed. It's terrible. Looks like one of those $199 Maaco hack-jobs. TONS of orange peel... ugh.
