Just do a search for cleaning headliner and you will find all kinds of info.
We use an encapsulation cleaner. The key is low moister and dry quickly.

scrubbing bubbles works great......
just don't saturate the headliner.......and of course a rag to wipe it

Theres a show and shine thread where i guy used his bissel with good success but seems risky, but worked great for him!
