UP or M205 for new car and also after UC?

So, I've been trying to decide after reading numerous different threads comparing the two with cut and all that jazz. Basically, on a new car, what would be better? 2012 Toyota Tundra. Applied via DA on a Green CCS pad. Would it be enough to clean up any small defects that may be in it and make the paint really look like it should? I'm thinking it should be good, especially since the truck is white.

Also, which would be better following UC? Paint color is like a pewterish brown. It's a 2000 or 2001 Lexus SUV. Applied using same method (green pad for UP, orange pad for UC). These are my in-law's vehicles and these details are basically going to pay for my PC7424XP.

I've never used UP. I use M205 all the time on a LC Black finishing pad after M105. It finishes beautifully. Another option is Menzerna SF4000. Here is 50/50 after M205:

Would a blue or grey CCS pad be about the same as a black LC pad? Blue is a finessing pad and grey is a finishing pad.

I think (that's a dangerious statement) black and gray are the same. It is just how one sees color.

Just about any quality name brand polish will create a high gloss finish on a light color paint and then the application of a coat of wax will be the frosting on the cake.

Any of these,

Optimum Polish II
Pinnacle Advanced Finishing Polish
Menzerna SF4000
Meguiar's M204 or UP
Blackfire SRC Polish
Wolfgang FG
Mothers Stage 1Power Polish

Same as above. The above all work great on any color.

Ok I'm going to give the UP a try and see what it does. I'm gonna pick up a bottle of 205 just to on hand if I need it, plus i can Get i anywhere local. I'm thinking after the research and question and answers that the UP will be enough but better safe than sorry. Just ordered my PC kit this morning with the CCS pads and an extra bottle of DG105. I also bought an AGO shirt and hat to rock while I'm cleaning lol.
