Mytee big problem!

So I purchased a mytee lite II from Autogeek about 4 months ago and lately the suction has been well sucking! The water won't get completely sucked up, as soon as I do a pass it will dribble out some, spilling dirty water on a clean carpet or seat. Today I was using it and bam no more water! I thought I was out, I go to fill it and there is still water above the inlet. Played with it for a bi and nothing, no pump at all. I unplugged it let it sit for a while turned it back on and the pump worked again! Has anyone ever has this problem? Its one of my most expensive pieces of equipment, so it gets treated with care, it doesn't get abused and it's not that old. Im contacting mytee tomorrow. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

Re: Mytee big problem!

Is your hose cracked? That's what happened to mine, took me a little while to notice too. They said it was a bad batch of hoses, and shipped me another for free. Take the hose off and check the suction at the inlet, if there's strong suction it's a problem with the hose.

Re: Mytee big problem!

You could try taking it to a local vacuum repair shop. They should be able to figure out whats wrong
