I ran it in the yard and my initial thoughts are good so far. Pressure is decent and the quick connect from the factory is a nice feature.

I now need to find a good foam/soap attachment for it now and ill be ready to rock.

Re: Pressure Washers on Sale!

Stanley is part of black and decker now, so you may either be getting B&D quality or slightly less than DeWalt qualit, which is all the same famlily. As an ex employee, I prefer DeWalt - far superior when it comes to pressure washers in general.

Any idea how the wand is on that Stanley? I bought a B&D last year at HD but I hate it, liked my Karcher that I had gotten at Lowe's a bunch of years ago better.

EDIT: Looks like it's got some cool features, hose inlet is in the back, pressure hose reel is nice (dunno how long that rotary union is going to last though). Dunno what that pedal thing is for on the side, do you step on that while you are winding the reel? Also don't like how you have to break the wand down before holstering it.
I'm just spoiled to amazon prime shipping and instant gratification by picking up in-store. I detest ups ground as well.

Correction- Black and Decker is now part of Stanley. They call it a merger but Stanly Tools took over Black and Decker. Stanley is a much larger and older company.

Re: Pressure Washers on Sale!

Yeah i know, its all the same to me. The two companies are together. Stanley benefited just as much as b&d. They are able to have porter cable, dewalt and b&d products. Dewalt now has access to the stanley handtool side of things, etc.
