Is 303 ok for use on exterior trim?

I love it on dash and on other vinyl interior surfaces, and I hope I can use it on bumper cap and other exterior trim. I thought I read in another thread that it runs in the rain.
Any input?

I don't see why not, I have never used it on the exterior trim ,but it is said to repel water. You can use it under the hood as well

You can use it and it will have a nice look, but it will run. But if I'm doing a vehicle like a ford escape that has nothing below the plastic trim I'll apply it since there's nothing for it to run onto.

Runs like crazy in the rain. Really a disappointment since it works so well inside. Oh well.

Yes, it can be used on the exterior but does not last very long.
