OC and the baggy test

I applied OC 2.0 at the beginning of Jan. and after washing/drying it today i tried the baggy test and i could feel some slight bumps,not horrible but still surprised.The truck is not a daily driver but does sit outside 24/7 so i guess this is normal?It still beads great so i know the coating is still there just didn't think anything was suppose to stick to it.
Any comments.

I dont think it simply just stuck to the coat, but more like embedded. You can shield it with whatever, but driving down the road at certain speed, contaminants will embed itself on the coat regardless. Even if you are able to lay a coat of titanium over your paint, I'm sure contaminants will eventually get embedded to it (exaggerating).

Not being a pro I thought that it would stay contaminate free but what you're saying makes sense and either wy it does stay cleaner longer.

Every so often, use a mild clay. Nothing is contaminant proof but the coatings are as impervious as it gets!

You will need to clay about half as often and it will be much less contamination...but you will get some things that will stick. Also, did you baggy test the surface after application? Could it be under the OC? Like Old Tiger said, it's not impervious but a great improvement over stock or other sacrificial barriers.

Thanks Chris,I did do the 105/205 combo followed by a wash and GG pre wax cleaner then checked surface with the baggy before application.I'm really happy with how long it stays clean i just thought nothing would stick to it.I'll give it a light clay as Old Tiger suggested.

West Side - i would be very interested in hearing what the condition of the O-C or paint looks like after a light claying... Were any swirls, scratches, or marring caused to the finish by claying.... did you have to lightly polish afterwards...

I'll let you know when i get around to it,works been buzy.
The truck is white so i don't know how noticeable it will be.
