Good upper body workout - Buffing out Bruno's RV

Good upper body workout - Buffing out Bruno's RV

Last week we washed and pressure washed Bruno's RV, this week we're detailing it. Jason and Nick are tackling the 6 aluminum wheels while I tackle the paint. After wheels and tires, Nick's going to work on the interior...

I'm taking pictures as we work around the RV and posting to my Facebook page if you want to take a look.

Now that I've started this thread I'll try to update it with Tapatalk

Must be nice having a warehouse big enough to work on that thing inside without the sun beating down on you the entire time!

Though from the looks of it, you've just barely got enough clearance for the roof!

Hey Mike, it's definitley a better work out than those "shake weights" you've been using

LOL

For the record... I was in the gym at 7:00am this morning, shoulders and arms today... made the Griot's Garage DA Polisher feel heavy!

Great job on a huge surface. The pics on FB show a nice, shiny RV.

But what about before and afters on the interior? And what product and technique was used on the wheels.

I love seeing these unusual vehicle results.

Re: Good upper body workout - Buffing out Bruno's RV

Here's a couple of before shots I took last week before we started washing it...

These were probably done at the factory, just a guess but I also so pigtails in the paint... that's usually a sign of machine sanding and then of course you would compound with a wool pad on a rotary buffer to remove the sanding marks.

Max just pulled this baby out into the front of Autogeek and here's a couple of pictures I just took...

Ready to hit the road!

Wow. Those are not buffer trails, they are buffer interstates!
