2003 Volvo S 80 Proposal

A co-worker has requested that I work on his newly painted (~ March 5th)2003 Volvo S80. After inspecting the car (it was parked in an underground garage, so not optimum lighting) and reading through a few posts about how to handle new paint (no sealant or wax under 90 days), here is my proposal:

1. Wash
2. Clay
3. Wash
4. Headlights - IP (4" yellow) + FP (4" orange)
5. FLEX XC 3401VRG + 106FF w/CCS white
6. Black Wow on trim
7. ARO + P21S + Poorboys Wheel Sealant

Would I be able to use KAIO for paint cleaning even though it has some sealant properties?

And finally, this is my first serious job and am unsure of how much to charge. In addition to the work, I have to buy the Menz, Black Wow, P21S, and Wheel Sealant. I appreciate all of your advice in advance.

Looks good ! Use the menzerna and clean after with AIO. Charge whatever your time is worth to you.
