Protecting CF hood from Florida sunshine?

Hi all! my topic is all about protecting my cf hood againts florida sunshine. ( heat, uv etc...)


The hood is not gonna be painted only clear coated... and i want to know what should i use for protecting it and keep the look for years.

sealer, wax???? which one is the best FOR protecting my cf hood against florida sunshine?

either a pure wax or pure sealant should work well.

Since it's clear coat treat the same as you would painted panels

i know i could use either wax or sealer but i just want to know which on is the better in my case...


u know.. cf hood.. uc protection etc... so wax or sealant? which brand? which pecific product?

I guess a sealant offers long term protection. I like wolfgang or Klasse.

never been any true proof that one protects better than the other, just that sealants usually have a longer lifespan.

usually i wash my car every week...
