    Good soap for overall mantinence?

I now have an mtm foam cannon that I have yet to use but I bought some hyper wash for the soap of choice in it. Hyper wash I have heard is a great maintenance soap but does not really cut heavy grime and dirt. Is there something else I could use for that purpose where maybe someones car im working on is not really maintained up to a geeks standards? If hyper wash is in fact fine so be it though.

Why don't you just increase the amount of soap you are using if the car is dirtier? That would require you to mix it stronger in the cup or adjust the knob on the foam lance.

I've heard good things about Poor Boys Bug Squash as a pre spray. Sounds like what you're looking for.

Which I might try however I dont know how much really hyper wash can do in its standard dilution ratio or upped more. I might have to just do so if it ever gets really bad.

I've never used hyper wash, but I've heard great things about it.

CG Citrus Wash and Gloss is a great, very strong soap if you want to check something else out though. Foams great and cleans well

yea I mean it does not need to be overkill but just something that might make removing heavy dirt easier.

2nd CG citrus for a stronger wash. You could use that for stronger cleaning and a mild soap for regular maintenance on protected cars. Or just add a little APC to your wash for dirtier cars.

should help. I use simple green to my soaps when it gets bad but it does not help that much

I've never used it [ended up with Mckee's Road Kill Remover instead] but Poor Boys Bug Squash @the recommended 3:1 light duty/pre wash dilution ratio isn't overkill, that's exactly what it's meant for. It states to use it straight for heavy duty bug splater.

•I wouldn't depend solely upon the foam
lancing step to remove all contaminates...
no matter if it's light or heavy contamination.

-It's also going to take some amount
of agitation; followed by a rinsing step,
using an ample amount of free-flowing
    water.

•Hyper-Wash will be fine for the foaming
    aspect
of your overall washing process, IMO.
