Re: Tight Fit...
The guys that signed up for the first Detailing Boot Camp Class for 2014 are really in for a treat.
I've never had this many, high caliber streetrods and classics in a sinlge class. Never.
They guys are going to be busy with TONS of hands-on time with all the tools including the new Rupes Duetto and the Rupes Mini.

I know the pictures of cool cars, the kind of cars you see on Overhaulin, My Classic Car, Car Crazy, etc. looks like a lot of fun and to be honest in my personal opinion it's a lot more fun to work on rare cars like these than daily drivers, it's still a LOT of work.
For each car we'll be using different tools, different chemicals and pads and we'll even be using multiple ways to decontaminate the paint. (The Green 1947 Ford is covered with overspray), getting set-up for this many projects and then managing a team of people is not only a lot of work but also requires absolute oversight, planning and managing. But yeah... it's still a lot of fun
I never see pictures of cars like these at any other detailing classes? At least not like these.
I'm planning on taking all the pictures from this class and really documenting the guys as they use all the different tools on each car. Stay tuned for some really good pictures.
All the cars are completely wiped out, as in filled with swirls and scratches and the Ford Truck is very oxidized.
One reason I choose cars like these is not only does it make for a GREAT and MEMORABLE experience for my classes but as you can see... they are also very BIG vehicles so everyone gets PLENTY of HANDS-ON TIME with all of the tools. I point this out because sometimes I see people comment or question how much time a person gets to work on a car at my classes and the answer is LOTS and more than enough to really get a good feel for the tools. Just read through all the personal first-hand testimonies posted by past students as they say it better than I can.

Hi HUMP,
I get asked that question so often that I wrote a dedicated article just for the answer and one of the reasons I wrote the answer as an article is not just to make it easy for me to copy and paste like I'll do below but to as much as possible get the word out into the car world that we are very CONSISTENT with the dates every year.
That is the classes are held the same time every year. The reason for this is so people around the country and around the world have time to make their travel arrangements which usually includes, airline tickets, hotels, car rentals etc.
Here you go and thank you for asking...
Class Dates for 2014 – Same Time Each Year
Last weekend in January = Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th.
First weekend in May = Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th.
Last weekend in September = Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th
Class Information
2-Day Class: $995.00 includes $100.00 Autogeek.net Merchandise Credit.
I always have cool cars to work on at my classes and you get hands-on experience with all the tools everyone's always talking about. So clear your schedule and get signed up.
