GG One Step Sealant and BOSS Finishing Sealant are both AIO's that will clean, polish, and add some protection...

Its a cleaner, polish and sealant.
Not a compound, polish and sealant.
AIO are usually much lighter products than compounds. That's why they are called AIO - all in one. It won't get you perfect results but it will give you a marked improvement dependent on paint type and pad used.

A cleaner restores a bit of shine and removes the dullness from the paint. The polish helps remove minor swirls. And the wax provides a layer of protection. But keep in mind you're getting 3 things in 1 step, so if it sounds too good to be true then don't expect the world out of it.
A compound removes moderate to severe swirls and scratches. Restores shine in moderate to severe cases where a polish simply isn't enough to do the job.

Umm.. I guess you would use the compound 1st and then the cleanser.. I dunno I don't waste my time with any cleansers. Personally, I think they're useless.
Iron decon, clay, compound, polish, lsp. Done.

Re: what is griot one step do?
"Compounds"contain an abrasive that actually removes clear coat. They are the most aggressive step (when paired with a heavy cut foam, microfiber, or wool pad).
"Cleaners" do not generally contain any abrasives, but instead chemically strip old wax, sealants, embedded road grime & stains from the clear coat. It would be considered the least aggressive way to prepare paint for a new LSP.

Re: what is griot one step do?
I've used the One-Step a couple of times and found it to be a good product. The abrasives do a pretty good job of correction on soft paint and the end results look quite good. The only down side is longevity. If you don't top it, or continually apply a spray wax every few weeks, the lifespan seems to be about 6~8 weeks.
