Re: california duster question
well i do have this towel i bought from walmart that is the softest i've ever held called "platinum series." the charcoal side is for dusting (way soft!) and the white side is for wiping and using detailer. i can always use that. when i had the fake california duster with the purple handle, that didn't leave streaks after it started getting dirty. but i see guys at shows using the duster with the wooden handle all the time and on dark cars and their rides are flawless. just thought i'd ask if i can speed up the process to eliminate the marks left behind. i mean they dont go into the paint, it's just stupid to have to re-go all over the whole car with the platinum series towel i got after i literally just dusted it. mainly just for spring with the pollen, and sometimes the garage gets sawdust. miraculously still no scratches just swipe marks.

Re: california duster question
I see the duster the same way with water blades; both have degree of success, but the benefit does not out weight the risks.
Air drying tool is the better solution. Plenty of options available here and portable cordless units for when you're on the go; at car shows or simply doesn't want to mess with cords - not to mention blowing out liquids/drying the vehicle after a wash. They're worth the investment, IMO.

For the record: that's a false assumption.
•In fact, considering that in its marketing

-I don't even take to task the promulgation of
the usage of D115 for those wanting to keep
their current LSP free from "outside influences",

Then I'll suggest:
Meguiar's Rinse Free Express Wash & Wax (D115).

You're obviously not speaking from your own personal experience with having used it as a rinseless wash

Every single 1 of those points has now been proven to be true. Lol. Sorry Bob, but you put your own foot in your mouth. Don't poke the bear...
You're better of doing like you usually do... Just read from labels in order to recommend products you've never even tried! Smh.
Same thing with Megs M305 Ultra Finishing Durable Glaze and Megs Paint Protect. You've never tried those 2 products either.. Yet you constantly recommend them and talk as if you have personal experience with them. Please.😏
No more foot in mouth, ok. You make it too Easy.😃

I'm willing to call a truce. I hold no grudges nor do I even dislike anyone on this forum including Bob. I think Bob's cool in my book... But he like to instigate these little arguments sometimes. Lol.
Back to the football game.🏈

One of main reasons why I went with a blow tool.
Every other week or so the adjacent building would do yard work. After the deed the guys would go to town with their backpack blowers....category 5 dust cloud. This happened many times within hours I had just finished with a wash & wax. After a year of this routine I've had enough and armed myself with a Makita XBU02Z. How I simply smile when I hear them next door with their weed whackers. Bring it on. lol

Yikes...This is awkward....
FUNX650
Gave the "The Good Wife's" 1976 Camaro a
getting-it-ready-for-Spring rinseless wash&wax,
using Meguiar's D115 @Meguiar's recommended
dilution ratio.
D115? It handled that task quite readily; and,
She said the Camaro looked all-Jazzed-up!
