    Black streak on polished wheels

    Can someone tell me if this is just water spot streak or something else. This streaks just started showing up recently

    Wheel cleaner reacting with the lugs and studs ? Coming from behind the wheels ? Pull the wheels clean barrels.

    I would get a closed end lock on there. There is always going to be rust, etc coming out of the end of the lugs.

    You can get the gorilla locks where every one is a lock or locks and lugs.

    Only thing I used is soap to wash car and wheels. No wheel cleaner. Maybe it is rust coming out of the lugs?

    Yes it is. That's why I suggested a closed end lug. I sold wheels and tires for years. It prevents moisture from getting in there which causes rust.

    You need one like the top right. 2 inch length should do it. As I mentioned you can do a lock on every stud, or you can do one lock per wheel and the rest lugs.

    I have an IS250 and the lug size is 12x1.5. I don't see any on that 2inch length on there. Thanks for your help.

    lol I'm sorry I was seeing that Ford PU in the post below yours. You'll just need the 1.4 inch I believe it is.
