I'm providing a quote to coat some local new ambulances. I have no idea how much coating I would need for this job. Has anyone coated a box van size truck or small RV? I'm guessing at least 100-120ml.

With Cquartz you should have more than enough with a 50ml bottle. Recently I've coated an Audi A4, a motorcycle, 2 helmets, and a herse (vinyl top) and still have 15ml or so left in a 50ml bottle.

If you want to play it safe, pick up 2 50ml bottles and you'll easily have more than enough to coat at least 2 ambulances.

I'd make sure to first find out the factory paint/paint system the ambulances were painted with:
Some Coatings may not play well with Single Stage (SS) paint-systems...including those paint systems consisting of an "Imron-type" paint.
