which microfiber for DG 501 application

I was curious what a good microfiber cloth would be used for the application of liquid waxes/cleaners would be?

I've got a bunch of the super plush purple Cobras and they are absolutely wonderful for final drying after the Water Sprite and for knocking off the haze from my waxes.

I'd like to apply my liquid waxes, such as the DuraGloss 501 with a microfiber, but the plush ones seem a bit too plush for this. Are there any good quality ones that are a little thinner?

In this link, it shows a myriad of microfibers that list the ones that are good for most everything (spray waxes, water removal, buffing, quick detailers, etc.) but I've not found one specific for applying liquid products.

Use a microfiber applicator pad if you are going to apply it by hand, any will do.

As will any foam pad to apply wax, etc. You may never get the #501 out of a microfiber towel.

When I was doing eveything by hand I found this type of applicator to be much more effective than MF or Cotton cloths---CCS Euro Foam Hand Polish Applicators - Hand polish, hand detail, foam applicators, CCS foam pads, polishing pad

If you're using 501 I assume you want to get some cleaning accomplished so perhaps the white or orange would work out (depending on the car).
