Rust on Chrome on a '13 Durango

Must be a Dodge thing, my new 2013 RAM had a rust spot on the front bumper, mothers took it out. Been fine since, but I wash/wax pretty much weekly!

I live in Saudi Arabia, and there's one Dodge dealer around. as I said before they offered a replacement with no hassle. for the following damaged and rusted chrome parts:
-Liftgate Chrome Handle / has rust and some bubbles / made of plastic
-Chrome Emblems (Durango / Crew / AWD) have rust spots / made of plastic
-Chrome Door Handles / has tint rust spots / made of metal

I asked the service manager at the only Dodge dealer around if they'd open the interior moldings on the liftgate in order to access the chrome liftgate handle and replace it. I asked them would you return the interior moldings as they came from the factory with no any lose on the clips or whatever so the vehicle won't get any noises or squeecks from the moldings. they've said it's better to keep like this cause you might get what you afraid of. guess they were keeping themselves out of trouble by dealing with a guy like me who is really concerning about everything. most of the guys over here don't care about such things. but for me my principle is "I paid full amount so I deserve a complete and perfect goods" ... I'm trying to live with it. nobody will notice those rust spots but me of course. but it keeps bothering me. and as I don't trust that only dealer over here that's why I'm trying to find out a solution to do by myself which I trust the most. just tried cola and it didn't work but didn't scratch at the same time. guess gonna pay the local Harley dealer over here a vists trying to find some good S100 metal polish. and if it won't work then next steps are to order the following:
-Quick-Glo as seen on Jay Leno's Garage series
-Eagle One Never-Dull as recommended by many people
-Wenol Blue Auto Metal Polish as recommended by jpegs13

hope my freight forwarder accepts to ship the above to Saudi Arabia and don't consider them as "flammable materials".

which Mother's product did you use exactly? hopefully I can find it over here. do you have an idea whether it will work on plastic chrome or not?

I wouldn't use never dull. It works great on bare, natural, tarnished metals, but I've seen it dull chrome pieces.

actually i think it was mag and aluminium polish, comes in a red/white jar.
